Yes! We offer Cherry Financing so you can enjoy your treatments and products without the stress. It’s completely interest-free and gives you the option to pay over time with no extra fees.
Check your tracking link, please contact UPS immediately and file a claim. Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility, there is not much we can do. We will do our best to work with you and UPS to ensure you get your goodies!
No, once any product leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email skinmedspaAL@gmail.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.
Acne Bootcamp is a 12 week program that Laura Ashley has curated to become 100% effective for all types of acne. Acne bootcamp can be done in person and virtually (see virtual acne FAQ) If you are an in clinic patient, you will come in every 2 weeks for an acne peel and Laura Ashley will put you on a full acne regimen. Please be prepared to spend $300-$700 at your initial appointment for your full homecare. These products will last you the full duration of the program and even after. All of your products will run out at a different time, so don’t stress, you won’t be spending this much every 3 months.
You will not be able to schedule any future appointments until your outstanding balance is paid in full.
If payment is not received within 5 business days of the due date, your account will be turned over to collections, and you will be permanently dismissed as a client of SKIN Medspa.
We take these policies seriously in order to protect our time, energy, and the integrity of our client relationships. Thank you for understanding.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule. Upon rescheduling, we will charge the full amount of the cost for treatment missed. Please note, we have other clients booked right after your appointment, and it wouldn’t be fair to other clients to cut into their time or service.
We value your time—and ours. Because appointments are limited and often in high demand, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We will call (and leave a voicemail if needed) and send text reminders to confirm your appointment.
Appointments not canceled within 48 hours are subject to the full service charge. This applies to all no-shows and last-minute changes.
If full payment is not received for the cancellation, you must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at SKIN Medspa.
A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice.
You will have Virtual Check-ins, 2x a month but lucky for you, no treatments are necessary for virtual bootcamp to get results. You are absolutely guaranteed to get results!

Yes! We are open for in store pickup or shopping Tuesdays 10:00-5:30 pm; Thursdays 10:00-5:30 pm; Fridays 1:00-4:00 pm
There is no difference, it just gives Laura Ashley a heads up on what your main concern is. Don’t stress out if you have acne and book a Virtual Consultation, they are treated the same.
We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300–$800 for your first appointment if you're truly ready to get serious about your skin. Why? Because great skin starts at home—and Laura Ashley prefers that everyone of her clients be on a regimen curated by her so she can get her clients the results they are looking for.
Think of it like this: skincare is 80% homecare, 20% treatment.
If your skin goals are big, your regimen has to be smarter—not necessarily more expensive, but definitely more intentional.
That said—don’t panic if you’re not ready to invest big right away! Laura Ashley works with all budgets, big or small. She’ll meet you where you’re at, start you on what’s most important, and plan your treatments in a way that makes sense for you.

Due to Laura Ashley's limited availability and ongoing waitlist we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.
If you're feeling under the weather, we’ll do our best to work with you—but please understand that late cancellations may still be subject to our cancellation fee (100% of the service booked), as our time is reserved just for you.

We review your skin history, photos, and goals ahead of time, then build a fully customized product and treatment plan—plus provide extended support after your appointment. It’s more than just a Zoom call—it’s your complete skin blueprint, delivered anywhere.
